Art That Makes a Difference – Supporting Enfield Young Carers

At Enfield Art Circle, we believe that art has the power to do more than brighten walls and inspire creativity—it can also make a real difference within our community.

That is why we are proud to support Enfield Young Carers by donating a percentage of the proceeds from our art sales to help their vital work.

Many people are unaware that there are hundreds of young people in Enfield who help care for a parent, sibling or another family member living with illness, disability, mental health challenges or addiction. These young carers often take on responsibilities far beyond their years, balancing school, home life and caring duties while missing out on many of the experiences other children enjoy.

The Enfield Young Carers service, known as EyPIC (Enfield Young People In Caring), provides support for young people aged 5–18. Through regular activities, trips, educational support, one-to-one guidance and school outreach, the charity helps young carers build confidence, make friends, enjoy some well-deserved respite and realise they are not alone.

As a community art organisation, Enfield Art Circle has always believed that creativity brings people together. Our members create artwork in a wide variety of styles and media, and every exhibition celebrates the incredible talent found across the borough. By donating a percentage of our sales, we hope that each painting, print and greeting card sold contributes not only to bringing art into someone’s home but also to improving the lives of young carers in our local community.

Every purchase becomes part of something bigger.

Visitors to our exhibitions are supporting local artists, encouraging creativity and helping a remarkable local charity continue its work with young people who quietly carry extraordinary responsibilities every day.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who visits our exhibition, purchases artwork and supports Enfield Art Circle. Together we are demonstrating how the arts can strengthen communities and provide hope, encouragement and opportunity where it is needed most.
